WELCOME TO MENTLY

Mently is an online platform for mentorship, on-demand courses, and professional knowledge sharing. These Services are provided by Mently Labs Ltd (United Kingdom, Company House: 16408206). Throughout this document, we refer to ourselves as “Mently,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, including our websites, mobile applications, and all products therein—such as Group Mentorship Programs, One to One Call Scheduling and On-Demand Courses. By registering or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

1. THE SERVICE

We provide tools to help you connect with experts, host learning content, and advance your professional growth. This includes:

1. Group Mentorship: Live, structured programs with calls, assignments, and forums.
2. On-Demand Courses: Self-paced video content and resources.
3. 1:1 Call Scheduling: Tools to book personalized guidance sessions.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue certain features at our discretion to enhance the overall community experience.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with verified parental consent.
2. Accuracy: You agree to provide real, accurate information when creating your account
3. Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We recommend using unique, strong passwords.
4. Compliance: You must follow all local and international laws, including UK and Nigerian regulations where applicable.

3. DATA PROCESSING FOR ORGANIZATIONS

If you are an Organization (Company, University, or Community) using Mently to host programs:

1. You are the Data Controller of your participants' information.
2. Mently acts as the Data Processor.
3. Our relationship is governed by these Terms and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which ensures we handle your data according to GDPR standards.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. Mently's total liability to you will not exceed $50 (or the equivalent in GBP).
2. UK Specific Protection: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, as required by the laws of England and Wales.

5. GOVERNING LAW

For users outside the UK, these terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, with disputes resolved in Port Harcourt. For users engaging specifically with Mently Labs Ltd in the United Kingdom, the laws of England and Wales shall apply.
